He graduated from the Medical School of Zhengzhou University with a master’s degree in clinical medicine in 2007, and from the Medical School of Zhejiang University with a Doctor’s degree in 2011. He has been working in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University since then.

Clinical expertise in acute leukemia, chronic leukemia, multiple myeloma, malignant lymphoma, aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome and other diseases diagnosis and treatment, a variety of plasma cell diseases, multiple myeloma and amyloidosis in-depth research. Especially good at hematopoietic stem cell transplantation/bone marrow transplantation/umbilical cord blood transplantation in the treatment of malignant hematological diseases (acute leukemia/chronic leukemia/malignant lymphoma/multiple myeloma/myelodysplastic syndrome, etc.).

He is the deputy chairman of the Youth Committee of the Hematology Professional Committee of Henan Medical Association, the deputy chairman of the Youth Committee of the Hematology Branch of the Henan Provincial Medical Association, the deputy chairman of the Henan Experimental Hematology Society, the standing member of the hematology professional committee of the Henan Geriatric Society, and the member of the hematology professional committee of the Henan Anti-cancer Association.

He presided over two National Natural Science Foundation projects, one key basic research project of Henan Provincial Department of Education, one special project funded by China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and one surface project. The first author and corresponding author have published more than 20 academic papers, including 15 SCI papers.
