Lu Jin, female, chief physician, PhD. She graduated from the Clinical Medicine Department of Peking University Health Science Center in 1994. In 2000, she obtained a doctoral degree in Clinical Medicine, specializing in internal medicine, from Peking University School of Medicine. During her doctoral studies, she primarily focused on cryopreservation of umbilical cord blood, cultivation and expansion of hematopoietic stem cells from umbilical cord blood, and related characteristics research. Since 1994, she has been engaged in clinical and experimental research on hematological diseases, diagnosis and treatment of hematological malignancies, as well as cellular immunotherapy, accumulating rich clinical experience.
